Gas Safe Register

The GME Group is Gas Safe Registered, our membership number is 570930. The Gas Safe Register is the official gas registration body for the United Kingdom and is appointed by the relevant Health and Safety Authority. By law, all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register.

The main focus of the Gas Safe Register is on improving and maintaining gas safety to the highest standards.

OFTEC Register

OFTEC leads the way in the off-gas grid heating sector and their aim is to ensure that consumers have safe and efficient heating.  They operate UKAS accredited registration schemes for heating technicians working in liquid fuels, heat pumps, solar thermal, biomass and solid fuel. There trade association represents training providers and liquid fuel heating equipment manufacturers, promoting high standards and supporting the development of sustainable low carbon heating.

NICEIC

The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) is one of several organisations which regulates the training and work of electrical enterprises in the UK.

CHAS

CHAS, The Contractors’ Health and Safety Assessment Scheme is the Foremost Authority on UK compliance, Risk Mitigation and Supply Chain Management. GME Group are proud to be affiliated with them to prove our health and safety compliance.

SMAS Worksafe is part of a wide family of businesses with the single aim of keeping you and your business safe and legally sound. GME group use SMAS to ensure we are constantly meeting regulations and exceeding safety guidelines.

RECC

The RECC formerly the REAL Assurance Scheme was set up by the Renewable Energy Association. Their aim is to guarantee a high-quality experience for consumers wishing to buy or lease small-scale energy generation systems for their homes.

The RECC Scheme logo is a sign that the GME Group has agreed to abide by the high standards set out in our Consumer Code.
