In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to inform our customers that we will be adhering strictly to all advice provided by the World Health Organisation. We are also closely observing all protocol advised by local and international authorities.
The well-being of our customers, engineers and our staff is of absolute priority, and we would like to assure you that your health and safety has our complete attention. All of our employees and engineers are fully updated on the current requirements and are undertaking radical health and safety measures to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained throughout every aspect of our daily work – particularly for our engineers visiting customers.
All our engineers will be provided with a Coronavirus PPE kit. These kits will contain face masks, latex gloves, anti-bacterial wipes and bags in which to safely dispose of used gloves and wipes. A pre-health and safety check will now be conducted by our engineers before entering a client’s premises. All clients will be asked two qualification questions whilst remaining 1 metre away from the customer. These will be:
1. Have you or anyone else living here been diagnosed with COVID-19, been asked to self-isolate or have been to a Coronavirus high-risk area or country within the last 14 days?
2. Do you or anyone else here have any flu-like symptoms?
If the answer to question 1 is yes or the customer refuses to answer they we will deem this a high-risk situation and the engineer will not complete the work but will reschedule for another time.
It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers. We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of all parties involved, but we need your help too. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms and have a scheduled appointment, please let our team know so that we can discuss options with you to ensure our collective well-being.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved ones during these uncertain times. We will be following developments on a daily basis with intense scrutiny. Your wellbeing is our #1 priority against the Coronavirus.
