How does GME Group use my personal data?
GME Group use your personal data to carry out works that you, the customer, have instructed us to do. Our office managers create diary events on our secure system and allocate them to the most suited engineer in order for us to provide our service to you, the customer. We will remind you when the appropriate time for your boiler service, landlord gas safety certificates and other appliances that may require maintenance/servicing are due to be inspected. We will also update you on new regulations that come into force that may be relevant to you.
Do I have full control over my personal data?
GME Group will only store personal information about you if you have asked us to, the information is stored on our secure systems which only our office managers have access to, with their own secure password. If at any time you would us to remove this sensitive data from our system, we would be more than happy to action this with immediate effect. GME Group will not share any data with any other company without your permission. We would only share this information if you asked us to, for example, our engineers maybe at your property and notice that another contractor is required in order for the full works to be completed. At this point, GME Group would contact you “The Customer” and make you aware of our findings and ask if you would like us to action another contractor.
Will I receive marketing from GME Group?
GME Group will only contact you about our offers and products if you have opted in to receive marketing. Our customers can opt-out of marketing at any time and will only send you information that we feel is relevant to you. GME Group will only send you marketing Emails, Post and by telephone. If you would like to be removed from our mailings list from marketing, you can let us know at any time by Post, Email or Phone.
